Dr. Parr has served in many capacities of education, resulting in a vast knowledge of learning and training environments. As a primary, elementary, high school, and college instructor, counselor, and administrator, he observed students’ and teachers‘ actions, reactions, and resultant behaviors within special needs and traditional student learning settings. Resultant levels of academic achievement and degrees of well-being were noted. Additionally, curriculum delivery, teacher/student collaboration was seen, and general administrative relationships associated with aesthetic development and implementation was measured.
As an educational entrepreneur and CEO, Dr. Parr designed, developed, and implemented residential, commercial, and educational classroom spaces for maximizing the results of studying, research, behavior modification, scholarship, and academic facilities to enhance and improve recruitment and retention.
Utilizing his existing learning and training environmental experience, Dr. Parr researched and discovered the gap between facility managements’ mandates and students’ requirements of a classroom learning environment. Three specific areas concerning this knowledge gap were addressed in Dr. Parr’s research concerning learning and training environments are well-being, academic achievement, and recruitment and retention which are addressed at Aisthetiko Scientific.

The need to feel comfortable and accepting physically, emotionally, socially, and psychologically was necessary to promote a positive outlook and forward-looking perspective of the given facility in which they find themselves, resulting in comprehensive improvement in the educational experience. Realizing a great need for educational institutions, medical practices, and scientific arenas of all kinds to have practical, concrete, and applicable information derived from his research performed, Dr. Parr has begun developing textbooks and readily accessible literature. These educational and academically estoute publications will provide an exhaustive explanation and understanding of Dr. Parr’s scientific work and theoretical development.
Dr. Parr’s research, supported by the human ecological theory, spans and is applicable to many branches of science, practices, academics, medicine, biodiversity, anthropology, evolution, botany, and human adaptation of aesthetic environmental influences over thousands of years. He possesses expert knowledge in K-12 and college aesthetics concerning facility management practices and responsibilities, careers, and types. Implications of Dr. Parr’s research include any student, instructor, and administrator directly or indirectly affected by, or included in the design, development, and implementation of any type of learning and training environment in any discipline and practice. Dr. Parr’s latest study, with less than a one percent international duplicity rate, revealed four thematic elements which affect and influence the process of conceiving, planning, designing, building, and implementing classroom learning environments; finances, foundational belief, focus, and flexibility.
